Industrie pica has been actively involved, to the highest degree, in activities concerning information, awareness and training with regard to quality since 1997, in a global training project aimed at achieving certification. The industrie pica quality system was certified by ICMQ on 22/06/2000 in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9002 standard, and subsequently adapted to comply with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 standard in December 2003.
From the time of the establishment of the quality system, industrie pica has continued to push itself beyond the requisites of these standards, aiming at achieving further benefits in terms of customer satisfaction and continual improvement of the products and services offered.
